Dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP)
DOTP is a high-performance, non-phthalate plasticizer widely recognized for its safety, low toxicity, and versatility.what is suitable for various processes, including extrusion, calendering, injection molding, and coating.
It serves as an excellent alternative to traditional ortho-phthalate plasticizers due to its outstanding heat resistance, flexibility, and electrical insulation properties, making it ideal for PVC products. With excellent compatibility and low volatility, particularly in applications requiring high heat resistance and insulation.

Application
PVC master & plastisol
Due to its excellent compatibility, heat & cold resistance, flexibility, and electrical insulation properties, DOTP is widely used in plastic products and is the preferred choice for PVC masterbatch and plastisol manufacturers.
Cable Material
DOTP offers excellent plasticizing effects and low volatility, making it widely used in products that require high heat resistance and insulation properties. It is an ideal plasticizer for cables operating at 70°C and other PVC products with similar demands
Other Polymers
DOTP demonstrates excellent compatibility and can be used in the production of various polymers, such as acrylonitrile derivatives, polyvinyl alcohol butyral plastication, as well as rubber products like nitrile rubber (NBR) and EPDM.
Artificial leather
DOTP exhibits excellent cold resistance, flexibility, and high electrical heating performance. It can serve as a replacement for DOP in the production of artificial leather products
Plastic film
DOTP demonstrates outstanding durability and low-temperature flexibility in plastic applications, making it suitable for the production of PVC films. When used in automotive window films, DOTP effectively addresses the issue of window fogging.
